You will receive an e-mailed invoice once your order is received. The invoice is paid online through a Paypal link on the e-mail. Each order is individually processed by a real, live person. The invoice will include the cheesecake price, packaging and actual shipping charges. We also welcome the opportunity to personally contact you and confirm the total price, tell you when you can expect delivery and to thank you for your order. (We’re not fond of auto-responses generated by a computer!)

All cheesecakes are shipped frozen in a specially designed, state-of-the-art container. The cheesecake is first placed in a plastic domed container that can be placed in your home refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. Because our cheesecakes are garnished with whipped cream, we insert a small plastic piece in the center of the cake to prevent its touching the domed lid during shipping. The small hole in the whipped cream can be repaired with the touch of a knife tip once the cheesecake thaws. It is then placed in an insulated Styrofoam container with a frozen gel pack to keep the cheesecake frozen. Finally, the styrofoam container slides into a sturdy cardboard shipping box and is sent off via UPS. *We ship Next Day to insure the cheesecake arrives frozen, to maintain the integrity of the whipped topping.

Your cheesecake will be left at the door if no one is at home to receive it. If you have a business address where someone is available to accept shipment during business hours, please consider doing that. We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver in a prompt manner due to wrong addresses, recipient not being at home, etc. Please double-check that all information is accurate and that someone will be available to receive the package..

*At your request, we will ship Second Day, to save on shipping costs. However we cannot guarantee the topping will be in perfect condition due to some softening of the whipped cream. It is always best to ship Next Day for maximum quality and appearance.
